Enquiries and bookings

Submitting the website form is an enquiry only. A booking is confirmed only after Dipsticks accepts the date, agrees the service details and provides written confirmation.

Quotes and payment

Prices depend on location, duration, attendance and event requirements. Payment terms will be supplied with each quote.

Venue responsibilities

Organisers must provide accurate information about access, space, expected attendance, age groups and whether the event is indoors or outdoors.

Participation

Guests should follow staff instructions and disclose allergies, sensitivities or broken skin before taking part. Children require appropriate adult or organiser consent and supervision.

Cancellations

Cancellation and rescheduling terms will be included in the written booking confirmation. Weather or unsafe conditions may require an outdoor booking to be changed.
